About us...

The technical construction office of Fotis Batas son of Spyridon, graduate civil engineer of the National Technical University of Athens has been operating in Corfu since 1995.
Our technical construction office undertakes assessments (Architectural, Static, Topographic, Energy Efficiency), supervision and construction of private building works, such as renovation, reconstruction and reinforcement of existing reinforced concrete structures, as per the recent Intervention regulation (ΚΑΝ.ΕΠΕ).
Our technical construction office undertakes the issuance of building permits, approvals for small scale works, issuance of building legality certificates as well as legalizing it – regularizing any arbitrary constructions (Ν.3843/10 – Ν.4014/11 – Ν.4178/13 - Ν.4495/17) and all relevant required permits obtained by the approving authorities and services.
Our technical construction office uses innovative data collection and topographical equipment, combined with the best computerized programs, to enable accurate, trustworthy and detailed assessments, allowing a more rapid execution and completion of the works, offering a continuous and efficient service for many years until today.
